For sure, 'Lionheart' told me something but impossible to find an music air in my memory and by searching on internet, it was these English who had released 33 years ago 'Hot Tonight' (maybe you remember with the video above). Since a lot of water has gone under the bridge, 'Def Leppard' and many others have passed by, but 'Denis Stratton' (among others is an ex-Iron Maiden) has decided to bring it back with almost the original line-up, 'Clive Edwards' (drums) and 'Lee Small' (vocals) did not form part of the initial adventure. Reformed in 2016, they naturally released an album in 2017, named 'Second Nature'. Well, a bit like 'Mr Big' (see Here). They offer us 12 fabulous titles (the first being a short instrumental introduction) with big sound, melodies that hang you immediately, super effective guitar solos, and necessarily choruses everywhere. 2 beautiful ballads with the instrumental 'On Our Way' and 'Every Boy InTown' come to soften the ensemble and, you can also note the beautiful cover of 'Chris De Burgh's’, ‘Do not Pay the Ferryman'. In summary, the English of 'Lionheart' sign a major comeback with a 'Second Nature' intended for all fans of this time and well beyond and which is to enjoy without moderation... | |
