With 'Arbouretum', we immerse ourselves in a universe close to the psychedelic with a 70s ambiance but where strangely we always feel a contrast between slow melodies and a heavy and powerful rhythmic led by guitar riffs. Their last album 'Song Of The Rose' does not deviate from the rule because they embark us in slow and heavy compositions like the title of the album or 'Call Upon The Fire'. But other lighter titles are also present on this opus such as 'Comanche Moon', the very psychedelic 'Absolution Song' or 'Dirt Trails' that reminds some bands of the '70s like 'Jefferson Airplay'. If I had to retain a title, I would say 'Woke Up on the Move' for his beautiful folk melody and his power rise. In short, with this 'Song Of The Rose', the Americans of 'Arbouretum' release a good varied album which should delight a public loving a psychedelic rock at the same time ample and sweet...
