You like classical rock based on the 3 basic chords and an effective binary rhythm : well, I have what you need, the last album of 'Walter Trout' which after he moved us to tears with his last record (see Here) found a second wind after his illness and has used his address book (and what book !! see below) to offer us duets with renowned artists from the blues/rock sphere. In my last review, I had wished him a 'Long Live Blues' and we can say that with this new album 'We're All In This Together', it's even beyond all expectations : everything is being made to spend a festive moment with 14 simple and immediately catchy compositions that make you stamp your feet. Certainly, some ghastly spirit kill-joys will find that these new compositions do not bring real novelties but we can’t stay stone-faced with 'Mr. Davis' or 'Crash And Burn' to name only 2. In short, this last album is a bit the 'Walter Trout's come back to life (already 66 years old) that he celebrates with a group of friends and that, at the same time, he shares with his audience, for our greatest pleasure...
