'Ravenscry' is an Italian band founded in 2008 with a style between rock and metal; they release their 3rd studio album 'The Invisible'. It is the story of the journey of a young bookkeeper who grew up in an orphanage and who, using a book, tries to regain its origins. From music side, 'Ravenscry' focussed on their history and we navigate between several styles and atmospheres : with the first 4 titles, it begins with the instrumental 'The Entanglement' which starts with piano and some notes of guitar to increase power for a rhythmed part in a progressive metal style. 'Whispered Intro' is then a lullaby where we discover the delicate vocals of 'Giulia'; Then, we return to more classical metal with 'Hypermnesia' and its heady refrain ; then comes 'Coral (As Seen By Others)' which takes up a part of the previous theme with a much more rock style embellished with a crazy guitar solo. The sequel is the image of this beginning, the music sticking to the story interspersed with short passages introducing the following title.
