'Ulrich Ellison' who emigrated to the United States in 2007 is releasing his 5th album 'Dreaming in the House of Blues' with his band 'Ulrich Ellison and Tribe'. His universe is close to a classic blues rock with a talent for simple and effective melodies. This last album contains 18 titles, lasting almost 80 minutes, where we move from a nonchalant blues with 'I Had a Dream' and his magnificent final guitar solo to 'Rollin' and Tumblin ', where Ulrich's cracked voice lends itself well to the style of the song, via 'Wallflower' where he flirts with the hard-rock close to 'Led-Zeppelin'. In short, we could situate Ulrich between 'Joe Bonamassa' and 'Alvin Lee' and this last album contains a large palette of styles for all amateurs sailing between blues, rock and classical hard rock...
