'Soleil Moon' is an American band that has only released 2 albums since 2000 and 'Warrior' is their third album; the singer 'Larry King' is also participating in the project 'Michael Thompson Bands' invited for the occasion (see the last column here). Like the band of Michael, they evolve in a rather calm AOR style between pop and rock in quiet tempos and the 12 titles are all tagged 80s with memorable melodies, rather classical constructions couplet / chorus and 'Larry King' which is in his element with a voice that has lost nothing of its beauty in all these years. Everything is therefore put in place to spend a good time listening to 'Warrior' with a nice variety of titles that follow one another without any weariness and all have a little taste of nostalgia like the beautiful ballad 'Halfway to Nowhere' or 'Nothing Matters' and its chorus that reminds you of a melody already heard. In short, the Americans of 'Soleil Moon' released a very nice album filled with small melodic jewels to enjoy quietly with the headphones and 'Warrior' is to advise to a large public loving the melodic rock of the 80s...
