'Amberfield' is a new German band that releases its first studio album 'Said'. Not easy to associate with a particular style because they bring their own identity starting with the female singer 'Hannah Witt' who in the soft parts makes me think of 'Stevie Nicks' but who has the ability to adapt in the parties more energetic to ramp up. Overall, their style is atmospheric with juxtapositions between quiet parties and other powerful as in the first title 'Steady Break'. If it were necessary to retain only a few titles, I would say 'Red and White' not necessarily the most accessible but certainly the most varied with a master finale guitar solo and a beautiful melancholy interpretation of Hannah, 'Arcadiac' for its more accessible melodic lines and 'Can not Care Less' which is a succession of tensions and relaxation very successful and which ends in a few keyboard chords accompanied by percussion.
