‘A New Tomorrow’ is an English group which already has 10 years of existence and which had released only EP or singles and, it was at the end of 2019 that their first album ‘Universe’ was released. Influenced by different styles in hard-rock, they offer us 11 varied compositions with accessible melodic lines : from the start, with 'I Wanna Live' and 'A Million Stars', we have two melodic hits whose choruses are immediately engraved in our head, then, 'Golden Sands' is more sought after with a few forays into progressive style and a remarkable instrumental part in the second half of the title. Follows, an energetic 'Ignition' in a classic but very effective hard-rock, then, 'Mother Earth is Calling' is a mid-tempo which alternates powerful passages and others much calmer, just like 'Mountains' and its slow tempo with a heavy sound in the chorus. Change of scenery with the 2 tracks 'Step Into The Wild…' and '… Home' which in fact are one and which develop a calmer atmosphere which increases in strength at the end of '… Home' with tones like 'Led Zeppelin', then, 'Multitude of Nothing' returns to a powerful and direct hard-rock with a formidable rhythm section with multiple twists and turns. The album ends with, first of all, the powerful mid-tempo 'Universe' containing an effective chorus and choruses which bring us back to melodic hard-rock of the 80s, then, with the bonus track 'Heaven' in the same style than its predecessor.

In summary, the English of ‘A New Tomorrow’ are releasing a very good album which offers a beautiful variety of compositions and ‘Universe’ should appeal to an audience who likes accessible melodic hard-rock...
