'Elevation Falls' is an Irish band that was created by the talented singer 'Hazel Jade' in 2012 and after an EP in 2015, they released their first studio album 'What Will Be'. Originally from the same homeland as the 'Thin Lizzy' band of the '70s, they rely on the support of 'Phil Lynott's mother, but despite some titles like 'Souls Burning' and especially 'Armies Rising' where we find these so familiar tempos and the guitar game of their elders, it would be very reductive to limit them to a pale copy of 'Thin Lizzy' because their opus offers a wide variety of styles. First of all, with titles like 'Vultures', 'Never Be Me' or 'Burn', we embark on modern hard-rock, then, with 'Zombie' and 'Stand Down', they are compositions all in rupture of rhythm and power and finally, they offer us beautiful ballads with 'Dream of Me', 'Cheating Woman', 'Take Me Back' and the magnificent last eponymous title of the album. And in any case, Hazel offers us an interpretation always fair and authentic that it is in the energetic titles where it shows all its vocal power but also in the quieter titles where its voice releases a real emotion. In summary, the Irish 'Elevation Falls' released a first album of quality offering a nice variety between energy and softness and, thanks to accessible compositions, 'What Will Be' is recommended to a large public navigating between rock and hard- rock...
