As for the 2nd symphonic metal formation, it is the Germans of 'Visionatica' who after a promising first album (see here) released 'Enigma Fire' in July 2019. They offer 9 tracks for a rather short opus of 38 minutes with accessible compositions that borrow from 'Within Temptation', 'Xandria' or 'Lunatica' to name just 3 with melodic lines that enter easily in the head such as 'Roxanna, The Great', 'Fear', or 'Rise from the Ashes' and their highly effective choruses, the latter strongly reminiscent of the first period of 'Within Temptation'. One can also note beautiful oriental influences in 'To the Fallen Roma', the magnificent ballad 'Incomplete' in the register of 'Sharon Del Adel' and the epic 'Secrets of the Ancestors' with his symphonic break in the second part. In summary, close to 'Within Temptation', the Germans of 'Visionatica' released a quality album and, if they manage to stand out in the future of their eldest, have the talent to take a more important place in the sphere symphonic metal ...
