'entropia' is a Spanish group of 4 artists who started their adventure in 2014 and have just released their first studio album 'Invisible'. Their style is a mixture of psychedelic and doom with influences from the 70s as the first title 'El Hombre Plantaba Flores in the Luna' which is very 'Floydien' ('Meddle' period). The beautiful cover shows a jellyfish that floats above a set of houses where it is believed to guess factory chimneys and it is exactly this impression of weightlessness that indwells throughout the listening of this opus. Most compositions, except for 'Arua' and 'Vacuo', are built on a slow tempo where alternating quiet and powerful parts as in 'Odisea', 'Invisible' or 'Sinestesia' which still reminds 'Pink Floyd'. In summary, even if the Spanish of ‘entropia' doesn’t make the buzz on the web, this first album is very promising and if you like calm and aerian atmospheres in the psychedelic tradition, 'Invisible' is made for you ...
