At the same time as thier compatriots 'Soleil Moon' (see here) and after 'Can not Go Home' in 2017 (see here), the Americans of 'Unruly Child' release a new album 'Big Blue World' and continue their AOR adventure in the same spirit as the previous opus. From the first title 'Living In Someone Else's Dream', we are directly in the picture with a first melody that enters you directly in the head, then 'All over the World', even if it is not so direct, continues in this way with a catchy rhythm as well as 'Dirty Little Girl' with its choruses of the 80s. The following is at the image of this beginning with the semi acoustic 'Breaking The Chains', or 'Are These Words Enough', tagged Westcoast, or the melodic 'Will We Give Up Today' or the syrupy ballad 'Beneath A Steady Rain'. In summary, even if 'Big Blue World' is not as direct as the previous album and does not do not reveal itself at first listen, the Americans of 'Unruly Child' released a quality album that should appeal to all those who love a melodic rock that draws its influences in the 80s...
