From time to time, sometimes you are attracted in the first place the artwork to a CD, what triggers you want to listen to it without any idea of what it contains. Well, for this Neither In Heaven, it's exactly what happened to me: I did not know this group which was founded in 2010 and coming from Montreal. Well, with this latest installment 'Doors', I found myself in a very familiar universe, close to groups that I like as 'Pendragon', 'Arena' or even 'RPWL' and I came out with a big heart. 'Private' sends us heavy and hard to find one title below the others so this album is dense in atmospheres and styles. Special mention to the guitarist ' Michel St-father ' (member of 'Mystery' see 'Delusion Rain' in my albums 2015), including the feeling of his solos triggers the same little shiver than some larger like 'David Gilmour'. Note that the last title nearly 12 minutes is made of 2 parts, first about 9 minutes (a pure jewel of prog in 2 under parts with a final crescendo) then about 30 seconds after a hidden part at the piano taking up the theme of the first part that closes the album in a sublime way with a decrescendo to the last note in a slick of synth and a famous words of 'Sacha Guitry' on 'Mozart': ' after 'Camera' silence is still the 'camera'...
