Come back of nowhere, the duo 'Glenn Hughes' and 'Joe Bonamassa' start again with a fourth album 'BCCIV'. And the least we can say is that these two are dynamite! Let’s start for 1 hour of good hard rock of the 70s with a very heavy sound that fills your ears and that feels good. First of all, Glenn, at 65 years old, is doing very well and sings as if he had 20 years old and for the nostalgic, listen 'The Cove' which makes us go back to a certain 'Made In Europe' with 'Mistreated'. About Joe, if you remain indifferent to the different guitar solos (listen to 'Awake'), it is that you are definitely not made for this kind of music. We can only be admiring by so much ardor and in front of this always intact determination to play together and put their guts on the table every second as if their life depended on it. And when we think that these 10 tracks were composed by our two aliens in a fortnight and recorded in a week, we think that is perhaps the key to this magic potion. In short, to make short, as said a certain 'JJG', 'When Music is Good'...
