'Tara Lynch' is an American guitarist, singer and songwriter who participated in the adventure of the last album of the Belge band 'Beyond the Labyrinth' in 2017 (see here) and who decided to release with famous artists of the metal scene a first album under the name 'Evil Enough'. For those who know the style of this American woman, it embarks unsurprisingly for 42 minutes of melodic heavy metal that give pride to sumptuous guitar solos because the album contains four instrumentals ('Exit the Warrior', 'Gui- Tara Rises', 'Enigmatic' and 'Feckless Lock') in which Tara shows all her talents of guitarist. On the other 6 titles, 'Tara' shares the singing with 'Mark Boals' and if we had to remember only a few compositions, I would quote the beautiful ballad 'KringeWorthy' where the singer shows her soft side and 'Banished from my Kingdom' which is a powerful mid-tempo with, in both cases, melodic lines that immediately go into your head. In summary, this first baby of 'Tara Lynch' is a very good album in the great tradition of the metal of the 80s and if you are a fan of authentic and timeless metal that highlights the electric guitar solos, this 'Evil Enough' is made for you...
