The melodic hard-rock continues to be well in the north because after the Swedes of Eclipse '(see here), the Norwegians of 'Outlasted' (see here) and the Swedes from 'Palace' (see here), it's the turn of the Swedes from 'Art Nation' to release a new album 'Transition'. This new opus is their 3rd studio recording and, despite a change of line up of three of their members, they continue to offer us an accessible and melodic hard-rock with quite short titles but all very effective. From the first titles 'Fallen Worlds', 'Tick Tock' and 'Firefly', catchy refrains parade in entailing compositions and the two power ballads 'The Cure' and 'Who We Are', well placed, allow to vary the moods.
