We no longer present this monument of progressive French rock which, more than 45 years ago, by its words and its music, showed in the hexagon, the way of a new style style, progressive rock. My 33 rpm ‘Le Cimetière des Arlequins’ which made me known ‘Ange’ through 'Jacques Brel' and had the effect of an electroshock like the other records of this périod like 'The Dark Side of the Moon' of the 'Floyds', is far but finally so close yet, because etched in my memory. 'Happy' is therefore the new ‘Ange’s’ offering, whose theme is linked to a quotation from 'Jacques Prévert' : "And if we try to be happy, only to set an example ? ". So, inevitably, with such a material, 'Christian Décamps' went back to work to offer us titles as he has the secret with texts denouncing this world where we always want more and where he shares by his simple words but finally so strong his philosophy of life as in 'Heureux !': "like a fish in the water, with almost nothing, we have almost everything...". All is said. And then, and then ... there is this title of more than 17 minutes, 'Nancy-jupiter swimming - Odyssey 14'00' where we find all the extravagance so jubilant with this gift to put the music to the service a whimsical story and where we can’t help havin a smile after this sentence : "I will fulfill what no one has ever done, Nancy-Jupiter swimming...". In short, the band of 'Christian Décamps' continues its trip away from the media agitation to make 'Heureux !' all its fans, and this is not the last album that can say the opposite...
