Back with a new album in early 2018, 'Magnum' continues to release albums about every 2 years, the last album dating from 2016 (see Here) with between time the release of an album of ballads in 2017 (see Here). With 'Lost on the Road to Eternity', they celebrate their 40th year of career and continue to offer us with the same energy good accessible and melodic hard-rock that does not leave you title after title. As usual, they make us navigate in varied compositions between energetic and powerful tempo like 'Peaches and Cream', 'Welcome to the Cosmic Cabaret' or 'Lost on the Road to Eternity' and the superb duet between 'Bob Catley 'and' Tobias Sammet 'but also know how to vary the pleasures with more airy compositions like the magnificent 'Storm Baby', the refresher 'Without Love' or the beautiful ballad 'Glory To Ashes' without forgetting the last title 'King of the World' which tends towards progressive with its various drawers. In short, 'Magnum' has always accustomed us to quality albums both in terms of composition, interpretation and production, and this 'Lost on the Road to Eternity' is no exception to the rule and is to be consumed without moderation for all lovers of good melodic hard-rock...
